Y’all know that a whimsical dress speak to MY SOUL and recently this LoveShackFancy x Target collab CALLED TO ME. This dress, in particular, is so fun. I think curvy women may shy away from this one because of the tiers, but honestly, an hourglass frame is perfect as the top is smocked and fits the waist perfectly!
