As Southern As Possible

Happy Monday, beautiful people!

With Easter weekend quickly approaching, I wanted to share a pretty dress in the running for my day-of wear!

Reese Witherspoon’s fashion line, Draper James, recently collaborated with curvy powerhouse, Eloquii, and the product is FANTASTIC!

Check it out below! I’ve linked both the curvy and regular style of the dress!

These are a few of my Favorite Things

Hey y’all and thanks for dropping by!

I thought I’d share with y’all my latest purchases and tell you why they are my FAVE things rn.

The IT BAG of Spring

This bag was popular last S/S and it looks like this trend is back this season! Some versions of this bag can run you over $200, but this pretty below costs $82 and is SOLID. The quality is great and I can’t wait to style this for y’all.

Selfie Queen Tee and Heart Hoops

This casual tee is the softest thing ever and currently on sale. I styled it with flares, these heart hoop earrings, and a red lip for a post with Kroger featuring some beautiful roses (you can check it out on my Instagram: @thatblonderebel)!

The Least Expensive but Most Chic Sunnies EVER!

Okay, these bad boys come in six different colors. I ordered the Matte Black and the White and they are so retro and BOLD. Best part? Less than $10!

Pretty in Pink

OKAY, but like, how Instagrammable is this top?? I will be pairing this with the white version of the sunnies above. I ordered my usual size, but with the length so short, I just reordered it in one size up. Perks? This top is the prettiest shade of pink and on sale for under $19!

Beauty is What is Underneath – Literally!

Say it with me now, MY SKIN MATTERS. The older I get, the more I am paying attention, and pouring more time into taking care of my skin. These two latest products have been amazing additions. The Honey Lip Scrub is only $6 and keeps your lips smooth and not chapped. The Pink Clay Mask is $8 and you can get four uses out of each package. My skin feels moisturized and brighter after each use. Best practice? Use each of these products twice a week for best results!

These Happy Tops

If you keep up with me, either here on the blog, or on my Instagram, you know I LIVE for flowy tops. Butterflies seem to be a big trend this season and you might remember from this previous post, but I’ve always been into these winged beauties. This off the shoulder flowy number is so fun and I think with a big ribbon tied in my hair and the bamboo bag, it’ll make for a great look!

I hope y’all enjoyed this roundup of my favorite things right now and be on the lookout for some posts of how I styled these pretties!

Let me know if you’d like to see more posts like these!

Monograms and Minidresses

I have to admit I’m a color-holic. I like bright colors and I like to wear them year round. I’m not typically a minidress kind of gal, but over the knee boots help keep the amount of skin shown to a minimum.

Here’s my latest look, including a monogrammed crossbody.

sleigh my name, sleigh my name

Well, y’all. The holiday is right around the corner and I am LIVING for red this season!

I LOVE absolutely everything about the holidays. Christmas-themed 5Ks, white elephant, secret Santa, gingerbread house making, cookies, Christmas trees. There’s just a bit more joy in the atmosphere during this time of year and I am here for it.

Scroll down for my festive look!

Fall Florals

Today is November 10th. It’s post-Halloween, but not yet Turkey Day. It’s still somewhat warm in Texas. There’s already Christmas decorations all over Houston.

We are in fashion limbo, y’all.

That being said, I am OBSESSED with the embroidery trend and this top has gotten me compliments everywhere I’ve worn it!

Warm Fuzzies

Ever wear something so soft, so cuddly, it just gives you the warm fuzzies?

This Free People sweater does exactly that!

It’s getting cooler here in Houston and this sweater will get some good wear this season. I also can’t get enough of these Spanx faux-leather leggings. They keep everything tucked in and I AM OBSESSED!

Mad for Plaid

Another happy Monday to you all!

I’m obviously into the off the shoulder trend and gingham, but lo and behold, I’ve also realized that I am mad for plaid!

It also helps that this top is red and blue, for when I’m rooting for my Ole Miss Rebels.
